The International Trademark No. 777272 NRI in Class 09 & 42 designating Vietnam in the name of the University of Greenwich has been notified of temporary refusal of protection by Decision No. 2013/10 HBN28 dated 11 March 2014 of the National Office of Intellectual Property (NOIP) on the ground that the mark is considered to be confusingly similar to the cited International Trademark Registration No. 981249 "NRI Intercom" of Nomura Research Institute, Ltd.
