In-House Community | 29/09/2021
The mark “MARKS & CLERK” under international registration No. 906326 of Marks & Clerk Properties Limited, 15 Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1BW (GB) has been temporarily refused for registration by the IP Vietnam on the ground of confusing similarity with the cited mark “E-Clerk”.
On behalf of the mark-owner Pham & Associates appealed against the refusal of the IP Vietnam.
Having reviewed the case; admitted the complainant's arguments grounded, the IP Vietnam cancelled its previous refusal and issued a decision to register the mark./.
