Applied-for mark ““ANGELA GOLD, hình” is being opposed

The applied-for mark “ANGELA GOLD, figure” in different shapes, under the national applications No.4-2016-03233; No.4-2016-03234 and No.4-2016-03235 of ECO Pharmaceutical JSC., for registration of products in Class 03 and 05 have been objected on the ground that they are confusingly similar to the prior Intl. Registration No.1150229 of April 16, 2013 and No. 583694 of January 17, 2001, designating Vieetnam, registered for similar products in Class 03.
The IP Vietnam informed that the case is being reviewed in the direction of partially accepting the objection with regards to products in Class 03.
