Applied-for mark “CHALY” is being opposed

HONDA MOTOR CO., LTD, the owner of Intl’ Trademark Registration No. 1259449 ”CHALY” has petitioned with the IP Vietnam to oppose trademark application No. 4-2017-06523 “CHALY” sought for registration for products/services in Class 12, 35, 37 on the ground of confusing similarity to the HONDA MOTOR CO., LTD’s earlier trademarks for similar products in the same Class 12.
The case is being reviewed by the IP Vietnam./.
