Applied-for mark “HƯƠNG XƯA” is refused for registration

Applied-for mark No.4-2019-46246 “HƯƠNG XƯA”under the name of Saigon Hương Xưa General Commercial Service Co., Ltd sought for registration of products in Class 25 is being refused for registration on the ground of confusingly similarity with the prior marks of VN Reg.No.256864 and No.327695 for similar goods.
The case is being reviewed by the IP Vietnam.
