Applied-for mark “KENHIL, star shape”” is being opposed

KEIHIN CORPORATION, the owner of Trademark Registration No. 12829 “SUPRE CUB”, No. 216485 “AT CUB” and Trademark Applications No.15431”KEIHIN, star shape”; No.43648”KEIHIN, figure” and No.15433 “star shape” has petitioned with the IP Vietnam to oppose trademark application No.4-2020-42223 “KENHIL, star shape” sought for registration for products of “"Motorcycle; motocycle accessories; motorcycle engine; engines for land vehicles, vehicles” in Class 12 on the ground of confusing similarity to the KEIHIN CORPORATION’s earlier trademarks for similar products in the same Class 12.
The case is being reviewed by the IP Vietnam./.
