Applied-for mark “O2O2” is being opposed

Pham & Associates, authorized by and on behalf of O2 Worldwide Limited (GB), the owner of the Intl. Registration No.1274239-O2 designating Vietnam, has petitioned with the IP Vietnam to oppose the applied-for mark “O2O2” under Intl. Registration No.1626036-O2O2 designating Vietnam under the name of INTEROJO INC. (KR) sought for registration for products in Class 09 on the ground of confusing similarity to the already existing registered mark “O2” of O2 Worldwide Limited for similar products in Class 09.
The case is being reviewed by the IP Vietnam./.
