Applied-for mark  “PR FUTURE, figure”  is being opposed

Rolls-Royce plc (GB), the owner of Intl’ Registration No.1215840 “stylized RR” - (“the cited mark”) - for the services in Class 37, 41 and products/services in other classes has petitioned with the IP Vietnam to oppose the national applied-for mark application No. 4-2021-15590 “PR FUTURE, figure” (“the objected mark”) for “industrial and civil construction services; construction and paving services; supervision of the construction of works…” in Class 37and “school training services; arranging and organizing face-to-face educational forums; organizing and conducting seminars; organize educational competitions; educational services…” in Class 41 on the grounds that the objected applied-for mark is confusingly similar to the cited mark already registered in Vietnam, misleading consumers into thinking that the objected mark is a variant of the cited mark or they have the same origin.

The case is being handled by the IP Vietnam./.
