Applied-for mark “SEBARISE” is being opposed

Ground: Article 74.2(e) and 112, the IP Law
Sebapharma GmbH & Co. KG., the owner of Intl’ Registration No.692975 “seba med” designating Vietnam for the products in Class 03 has petitioned with the IP Vietnam to oppose the applied-for mark No.4-2021-26462 “SEBARISE” sought for registration of products “cosmetics; lotions; shampoos; shower gel; soaps; non-medicated detergents for hygienic purposes”” in Class 03 on the ground that the applied-for mark is confusingly similar to the prior mak “seba med”.
The case is being reviewed by the IP Vietnam.
