Applied-for mark “SINKO” is being opposed

SINKO INDUSTRIES LTD, the owner of Trademark Registration No. 23111 ”SINKO,figure” has petitioned with the IP Vietnam to oppose trademark application No. 4-2018-08452 “SINKO” sought for registration for products of "electric fan; air conditioning equipment” in Class 11 on the ground of confusing similarity to the SINKO INDUSTRIES LTD’s earlier trademarks for similar products in the same Class 11.
The case is being reviewed by the IP Vietnam./.
