Applied-for mark “SUNMEDROL” is being opposed

Applied-for mark “SUNMEDROL” of application No.4-2019-24473 under the name of SOLPHARMA (VN) Co., Ltd. for products in Class 05 is partially rejected on the ground of confusing similarity to the prior trademarks of Registration No.266658; No.21430; No.6712 and No.6720 for similar goods.
The case is being reviewed by the IP Vietnam.
