Applied-for mark “SIX SENSES COFFEE, figure” is being opposed
Six Continents Limited, headquartered at Broadwater Park, Denham, Buckinghamshire UB9 5HR (GB), owner of IRN- 1551748- SIX SENSES; IRN-336600- SIX SENSES and Vietnamese TM Registration No.304813-“SIX SENSES, figure” currently in effect in Vietnam for products/services in Class 35, 43 and other classes (the cited marks) has petitioned with the IP Vietnam to oppose national (VN) applied-for mark application No.4-2022-45898 “SIX SENSES COFFEE, figure” for products/services in Class 30,32,35 and 43 on the grounds that the applied-for mark is confusingly similar to the earlier cited marks, in particular (i) the products covered by these marks are identical and/or similar to each other, and (ii) the applied-for mark and the cited marks are similar in respect of structure, pronouncing and visual impression.
