“BOSCH” vs. “boschi, figure”

On behalf of and authorized by the owner of the mark "BOSCH" under International Registration No. 313461, Pham & Associates objected to the IP Vietnam the filing of application No. 4-2021-19687 filed on May18, 2021 to register the mark "boschi, figure" for goods in Class 35 and Class 03 on the grounds that the latter is confusingly similar to the former "BOSCH" with earlier filing date, specifically: (i) these marks are similar in their appearance, pronunciation and visual impression, and (ii) the goods that the applied-for mark sought for registration and those of the protected mark are identical and similar to each other.
The case is being handled by the IP Vietnam
