Trademark owner No. 285716 “HOANG AN” (filed on August 20, 2015, registered on August 4, 2017) has submitted an application to the NOIP requesting not to grant a certificate of registration for application No. 4-2020-28618 “10ANG AN” (filed on July 21, 2020) on the grounds that the applied-for trademark is confusingly similar to the prior trademark and the goods/services sought for registration are identical/similar.

The case is being reviewed by the NOIP.
