Owner of the International Registration No.1970276 “JOY”, registered on December 3, 1956, has filed an application with the IP Vietnam to oppose the filing of trademark registration application No. 4-2021-24851 “REAL JOY,figure”, filed on November 27/ 2019, on the grounds that the applied-for trademark is confusingly similar to the prior mark “JOY” and their goods /services sought for registration are identical/similar
