Mark “PREMIO” is proposed to be cancelled

Ground: Article 95.1.d and 95.4, the IP Law.
Authorized by and representing Zott SE & Co. KG, Pham & Associates has petitioned with the IP Vietnam to consider cancelling the validity of the Vietnam Trademark Registration No.269938 “PREMIO” for products “milk; dairy products; beverages containing milk as a main ingredient” in Class 29 on the ground of non-use for 05 consecutive years in Vietnam by the mark owner or the person authorized by the mark owner.
The case is being handled by the IP Vietnam.
