"NATURES AID"- Appeal against refusal.

The applied-for mark "NATURES AID" for products in Class 05 has been temporarily refused to register by the IP Vietnam on the grounds that it do not meet the protection requirements, namely, it is descriptive of products bearing the mark (IP Law, Article 74.2. (c,e)) and confusingly similar to the two cited prior marks, “BEEKEI L 30 TABLETES natures aid Lutein Eye Complex, figure ” and “BEEKEI L 30 TABLETES Actives Man natures aid, figure”.
On behalf of and authorized by the applicant, Pham & Associates has filed an appeal against the IP Vietnam’s refusal decision.
The case is ongoing./.
