NOIP announced that it has received 100 PPH requests for the period of 1 April – 30 September 2020.

In the afternoon of 4/5/2020, the number of PPH requests that the National Office of Intellectual Property (NOIP) has received is already 100, reaching the quota for the period of 1 April -30 September 2020 as determined in the PPH Cooperation Agreement signed between NOIP and JPO.
This means that no new PPH request can be filed with NOIP until September 30, 2020.
