Notice of  time limits regarding application filing affected by Covid-19 Epidemic

According to this, all procedures related to the procedures for establishing industrial property rights (requesting to enjoy priority and supplementation of documents, response to office actions/decisions/notices, maintenance and renewal of protection titles validity, payment of fees, filing complaints...) due to the period from June 30, 2021 to the end of August 31, 2021 will be automatically renewed until the end of September 30, 2021.

For other cases, if applicants are still subject to the impact of Covid-19 epidemic for the implementation of their rights and obligations in the procedures for establishing industrial property rights at the IP Vietnam they have the right to request the application of regulations on obstacles due to force majeure specified at Point 9.4, 9.5 Circular No. 01/2007/TT-BKHCN, amended and supplemented by Circular No. 16/2016/TT-BKHCN.
