Pham & Associates in the Top 50 Famous – Well-known Trademarks of Vietnam 2021

Trademark "pa, Pham & Associates, figure" of Pham & Associates, registered for legal consulting services and legal representation in the fields of copyright, industrial property,  technology transfer; legal services in litigation, participating in proceedings as representatives or defenders of the legitimate rights and interests of litigants in civil cases; legal advice and trademark searching services; providing information related to the field of intellectual property in Class 45 and state-of-the art assessment for scientific research and technology innovation for businesses in Class 42, has been honored as  the Top 50 Famous – Well-known Trademarks of Vietnam in 2021.

This Program of Voting for Vietnamm Famous and Well-known Trademarks is an annual activity jointly organized by the Vietnam Intellectual Property Association (VIPA) and related agencies.

In 2016- 2017, the Trademark “Pham & Associates” registered for services of legal consultancy and representation in industrial property and copyright is recognized well-known by the Ministry of Science and Technology (MoST) within the framework of project "Well-known Marks” co-organized by the MoST and the International Trademark Association (INTA).
