In order to help ASEAN member countries exchange and discuss IPR enforcement activities in the traditional market and digital environment, the IP Key SEA Project will organize the online Seminar on the Detection and Investigation of IPR Infringements in Online and Physical Marketplaces

This activity seeks to enhance the capacities of IP and law enforcement authorities in the target SEA countries, namely police, customs, and prosecutors, in the detection and investigation of IPR infringements in the physical and online environments.
The seminar will also feature the EU best practices in accurately reporting and utilizing IP Enforcement statistics, and the use of the latest enforcement tools and databases developed in the EU, which may contribute to increasing transparency in IP-related law enforcement operations in SEA.
