Successfully appealed, “BERNAQUA, figure’ is accpeted for registration

As representative of the owner of IRN.989983 “BERNAQUA, figure”” designating Vietnam for the product "Foodstuffs for animals." in Group 31, Pham & Associates has petitioned with the IP Vietnam to oppose the provisional refusal for registration on the ground that this applied-for mark misrepresents, causes confusion or deceives consumers about the origin, intended purpose, quality, value or other characteristics of the goods in Class 31.
As the complainant succeeded in proving its counter-argument, the IP Vietnam revoked its previous refusal decision and accepted the trademark protection.
