Termination of trademark “Swiix”

Grounds: Article 95.4 and 95.1(d), IP Law
On the basis of an application for trademark termination filed by Swix Sport AS and because the relevant trademark owner failed to respond to the IP Vietnam’s Notice regarding this as required by law, the IP Vietnam issued a decision terminating the validity of the Intl. Trademark Registration No.1175091 “Swiix” designating Vietnam for products/services in Class 25 and 35 due to non-use continuously in Vietnam for a period of 05 years from July 01, 2015.
