The IP Vietnam changed its domain name

The IP Vietnam (formerly known as NOIP - the National Office of Intellectual Property) has changed its domain name from .noip.gov.vn to https://ipvietnam.gov.vn
This new domain name starts working from the beginning of August, 2021.
