The mark “KIS” is proposed to be cancelled

Ground: Article 95.1.d, the IP Law
Authorized by and representing Siam Kubota Corp. Ltd., Pham & Associates has petitioned with the IP Vietnam to consider cancelling the validity of Intl’ Registration No.724544 “KIS” designating Vietnam on the grounds that the trademark has not been used for 5 consecutive years in Vietnam by the owner or the person authorized by the owner since January 2015.
The case is being handled by the IP Vietnam.
