TM Reg. No.185768 “BROTINI” is proposed to be partially invalidated

Ground: Articles 95.4 and 95.1(d), the IP Law.
Specifically, the registered products/services "Buying, selling, being an agent and importing and exporting: perfumes, cosmetics" in Group 35 under the National TM Registration No.185768 "BROTINI" is proposed to be invalidated; the basis for this proposal is the results of an investigation of the use of the mark showing that it has not been used by the mark owner or by the person authorized by the mark owner for the above-mentioned registered products/services continuously for 05 years from January 1, 2017 to present.
The case is being reviewed by the IP Vietnam.
