Trademark “AERIUS” is proposed to be cancelled

Grounds: Articles 95.1(d), 95.4 and 95.5, the IP Law
Aerus Concepts, L.P., the owner of the Intl’ Registration No.1558801 “AERUS” for products/services in classes 03, 05, 07, 11 and 37, has applied to the IP Vietnam to request the cancellation of the validity of VN Trademark Registration No.36883 “AERIUS” issued on May 2, 2001, valid until December 16, 2029, for products in Class 05 on the grounds that this mark has not been used continuously in the Vietnamese market for 05 years before the date on which the request for validity cancellation is submitted to the IP Vietnam./.
The case is being handled by the IP Vietnam./.
