National Trademark Registration (VN) No.151612 “BOSS AUDIO SYSTEMS, figure” granted to Ava Enterprises Inc. (USA) on 31/08/2010, valid till 18/07/2026, for products “Audio equipment used in vehicle, namely stereo AM/FM receivers; cassette player; compact disc player; audio amplifier; audio equalizer; electronic filter; loudspeaker; screen for watching TV and moving pictures; DVD player; computers used to guide cars; satellite navigation systems, namely global positioning devices (GPS) in Class 09 has been applied by a third party to the IP Vietnam for termination of validity on the grounds that this mark has not been used by its owner for 5 consecutive years in the market in Vietnam from 01/01/2017 to date.
