Trademark “GYNO-MIX” is proposed to be cancelled

Grounds: Articles 95.1(d) and 95.4, IP Law
Pham & Associates on behalf of and authorized by Mendes SA (Switzerland) petitioned to the IP Vietnam to cancel the validity of Trademark Registration No. 114890 “GYNO-MIX” issued on November 27, 2008 for products in Class 05 on the ground of non-use for 5 years.
The case is being reviewed by the IP Vietnam.
