Announced 6 famous brand names in Vietnam

On November 17th 2017 the Ministry of Science and Technology (MoST) and the International Trademark Association (INTA) announced the results of the implementation of the two-year project “ Well-known trademark protection in Vietnam”. There are 8 brands involved in this project, including 5 domestic and 3 foreign brands.

"Well-known trademark certificate" of Pham & Associates
After having reviewed and evaluated the participating companies' dossiers based on Article 75. Well-known Trademark Evaluation Criteria of the Intellectual Property Law, the Organizing Committee recognized and granted a "Well-known trademark certificate" to 06 brands: IKEA, Nike, Petrolimex, Pham & Associates, Vinacafe and Vinamilk./.
