Buon Ma Thuot Coffee to Register Geographical Indication in EU
With the support of European Project on Investment and Trade policy, Dak Lak province has commenced work on preparing document for registration of geographical indication of “Buon Ma Thuot Coffee” in the European Union.
Recently, Pham & Associates represented the Association of Buon Ma Thuot Coffee successful cancellation of the trademark registration “Buon Ma Thuot Coffee” in China. So far, Buon Ma Thuot Coffee has been applied for collective mark protection in 17 countries around the world and being exported to 60 countries and territories.
