Client update: 7 types of assets pertaining to land are not granted property certificate
From July 1, 2014, 7 types of assets pertaining to land are not granted property certificate according to Decree No. 43/2014/ND-CP of the Government detailing the implementation of some articles of the Law on Land 2013.
Accordingly, assets pertaining to a plot of land which does not meet criteria for granting property certificate; houses or buildings are temporarily constructed; assets pertaining to a plot of land that is notified/decided the clearance or taken back encroached buildings, inappropriate planning buildings; property owned by the State; assets pertaining to land are not eligible for property certification in accordance with Articles 31, 32, 33 and 34 of Decree No. 43/2014/ND-CP; assets are created by the conversion of land use illegally.
