Client/Legal Alert: New Circular No. 23/2015/TT-BKHCN Guiding on Importing Used Technology into Vietnam
On November 13, 2015, the Ministry of Science and Technology promulgated Circular No. 23/2015/TT-BKHCN Guiding on Importing used technology into Vietnam.
Accordingly, it can be allowed to import used technologies into Vietnam that are not exceeding 10 years and are manufactured according to Vietnam or G7 countries standards on safety, economically and environmental protection.
