Next event: Workshop on "Maximising permissible exceptions to intellectual property rights to promote new Generic drug production in Vietnam"

In the framework of the project of UNIDO (Vienna) on "Promoting the domestic production of pharmaceuticals" in Vietnam, the Vietnam Pharmaceutical Companies Association (VNPCA) and the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) co-organized a workshop on "Maximising Permissible exceptions to intellectual property rights to promote new Generic drug production in Vietnam".

The Training - Workshop to provide with information, experience, knowledge of intellectual property and industrial property and helps pharmaceutical manufacturers of Vietnam with skills to apply the exception to intellectual property rights in the terms of TRIP agreement for research and development and production of new generic drugs in accordance with the Vietnam laws and international treaties .
