Pham & Associates Advises PRADA S.A. in connection with appeals of fashion trademark “PRADA MILANO & Figure” for the goods in class 18 and 25. The appeals were filed since the National Office of Intellectual Property refused protection to the marks in January 2012.
Prada S.p.A. is an Italian luxury fashion house, specializing in ready-to-wear leather and fashion accessories, shoes, luggage, perfumes, watches, etc., founded in 1913 by Mario Prada.
