Pham & Associates Wins Appeal for ANGRY BIRDS Case in Vietnam
Pham & Associates, a leading local law firm, announced today that the firm is representing Rovio Entertainment Ltd. in the appeal against the Partial Provisional Refusal of IR No. 1091303 “ANGRY BIRD” in Classes 09, 16, 20, 28, 35, 38 designating in Vietnam.
The fact that Pham & Associates successfully opposed against the cited trademark application No. 4-2011-13927 “ANGRY BIRDS & Fig.” dated July 8, 2011 for services in Class 35 in the name of Phan Quang Hieu. The National Office of Intellectual Property thus accepted for protection of our client’s trademark in Vietnam.
