Pham & Associates Won the 2014 Asia IP Awards for Patent Award

At the Asia IP Awards Gala Dinner held on the evening of November 7^th 2014 at the Park Royal Penang Resort, Penang, Malaysia, Pham & Associates was named Winner-Vietnam Patent Firm of the Year 2014. Before, Pham & Associates was nominated for the 2014 Asia IP Awards for Patents, Trademarks and Copyright practices in Vietnam.

40 FIRMS TAKE HOME TROPHIES AT 2014 ASIA IP AWARDS

Forty firms from 16 Asia-Pacific jurisdictions took home trophies at the fifth annual Asia IP Awards, held November 7 in Penang, Malaysia.

The awards named top patents, trademarks and copyright practices as determined by in-house counsel from Asia, Europe and the Americas. More than 5,000 in-house counsel were polled by Asia IP magazine throughout the first part of 2014. The event also named international award winners in each of the practice areas.

“The competition among top intellectual property practices in Asia is fierce,” said Asia IP publisher Darren Barton. “That we are able to recognize so many different practices is a tribute to the breadth and depth of the IP practices in the region.”

Seven different firms won multiple awards at the event, either in multiple practice areas or multiple jurisdictions.
