Quang Ninh Province: Training Course on Anti-Counterfeiting 2014
On 14-15 of August, the Market Management Department of Quang Ninh province hosted a training course on Anti-counterfeiting 2014. The participants came from the local competent authorities, television and a number of representatives of intellectual property holders such as Honda, Apple, Panasonic, Sanyo, L’Oreal, Nike, Lacoste, Gucci, Puma ect.
On behalf of Honda brand, Pham & Associates spoke on a panel titled “Honda’ strategy on the fight against counterfeiting goods in Vietnam”. The panel included discussions of how to distinguish between Honda counterfeit and genuine goods and difficulties in protection of intellectual property rights in Vietnam.
