Upcoming Events: Pham & Associates Attorney to Speak on IP Training Course in Lang Son Province

From November 13 to 15, 2014, the Vietnam Anti-Counterfeiting & IP Protection (VACIP) will host a training course in Lang Son Market Management Department’s office on counterfeit goods. Guests will participate in a panel discussion on the counterfeit issues, including the current threat environment; how to distinguish the genuine and fake goods; and what to do (and not do) in responding to a counterfeit incident. The panel will be featured some local competent authorities such as the Custom and the Economic Police.

An IP attorney in Pham & Associates will be providing his view of the latest counterfeit threats from the front line in the fight against counterfeit and guiding the local law enforcing officers the ways to identify the genuine and counterfeit goods on behalf of trademark “Honda”.
