Upcoming Events: Seminar on Intellectual Property Rights and Product Marks

On September 8, 2014, the National Office of Intellectual Property (“NOIP”) and the WIPO will hold a seminar on “Intellectual Property Rights and Product Marks” at Fortuna Hotel, address: 6B Lang Ha Street, Ba Dinh District, Ha Noi, Vietnam.

Nguyen Xuan Thu, an attorney at law in Pham & Associates will join a panel discussion as a speaker to deliberate on the topic “Building Strategies to promote and advertise products into the market”. Thu will delve into his own personal experiences in handling product marks matters during his time working for and representing companies doing business in Vietnam.
