Workshop on Assessing elements of patent infringement

On March 15, 2019, the Vietnam Intellectual Property Research Institute (VIPRI) in collaboration with the Japan Trade Promotion Organization (JETRO) and the Southeast Asia Intellectual Property Network on Japanese Trade and Industry (SEAIPJ) organized a workshop on "Assessing elements of patent infringement".
On March 15, 2019, the Vietnam Intellectual Property Research Institute (VIPRI) in collaboration with the Japan Trade Promotion Organization (JETRO) and the Southeast Asia Intellectual Property Network on Japanese Trade and Industry (SEAIPJ) organized a workshop on "Assessing elements of patent infringement". This was an excellent opportunity for the participants to discuss, exchange and learn experiences on methods of determining elements of patent infringement, especially in the context of increasing patent infringement in Vietnam but the enforcement agencies is very embarrassing due to lack of knowledge and experience.
