Pham & Associates’ Managing Partner Shared his Thoughts on Patent Enforcement in Vietnam
In the 2014 edition of The International Comparative Legal Guide, a journal published by Global Legal Group Ltd, Managing partner Pham Vu Khanh Toan was interviewed for his perspectives on patent enforcement in Vietnam.
Responding to question “How and before what tribunals can a patent be enforced against an infringer?” he said “A patentee can bring an infringer before competent civil court to protect his/her rights. By taking a civil action, a patentee can request provisional measures (injunctions) and claim for remedies available under the law”.
